| # 128 CAMPBELL CROSS | ||||
|
This beautiful cross design was found on the centuries old grave of Archibald Campbell in Argyll, Scotland; the ancient bastion of the Clan Campbell. The design is made up entirely of interlaced knotwork which is endless, symbolizing the Alpha and Omega - beginning and end - in the eternal circle. It is the very essence of Celtic knotwork design. The outer circle symbolizes heaven. |
