Each cross is inspired by an actual carved stone cross in Scotland or Ireland. The piece is first hand carved in clay and then a mold is made from the carving. These molds are then used to cast the Ultracal. The pieces are then stained and sealed several times to achieve the final finish. They can be displayed indoors or outdoors in sheltered areas. A tag is provided for each cross giving its history, location and symbolism.

     McHarp is an extraordinary mother daughter team - each bringing their own unique talents and gifts. Ruth has been in the pottery business approximately 30 years and is known for interesting wall sculpture. Linda has a Masters Degree in Anthropology and the artistic gift of generations.
